All bookings require a deposit to secure the date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits contribute toward the total cost of the service and the remaining balance is due upon completion.
We understand that plans can change. Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
If a cancellation or reschedule request is made within 48 hours of the booking, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
